Red Rose Collective is a Marxist–Leninist–Maoist mass organization based out of the “University” of Texas at Dallas that seeks to mobilize and organize students, young workers (student or otherwise), professors, out of school youth, sympathetic university staff, and sympathetic community members in the fight for liberation both on and off our campus, and advance broader popular struggles.

We see the current system of governance as harmful to young people, who are constantly exploited for cheap student labor and prepared for careers serving the interests of capitalists of all sorts. RRC recognizes that education, gainful employment, social services, and democratic rights must be immediately protected and sustained long term. These problems are intrinsically linked to overall problems in Amerikkkan (especially Texan) society, which are settler-capitalist and imperialist entities that crush the local and global masses. This necessitates our enmeshment with the broader movement for material decolonization, national liberation, and socialism.

Youth play a historically significant role in struggles for liberation overall, specifically socialism. We are committed to primarily uplifting the voices of working students and their allies in all fronts of struggle, such as by combating white supremacy, settler colonialism, patriarchy, cisheterosexism, ableism, religious discrimination, and all forms of chauvinism in our organizing efforts.
